Once an order is fulfilled & collected by the carrier, it is out of our control. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. 

We are not responsible for import excise taxes, customs duties nor VATs for purchases placed outside of the United States and its' territories. 

An average order takes 2-7 business days to ship domestically.
